Repairing Of Control Valves

We under take the repairing and overhauling work of all types of Pneumatically Actuated Control valves of various makes like Gulde, Motoyama, Fisher, valve tech, Dembla Masolien Neles Jamsburry, Orbit etc.From ½ “ diameter to 24” diameter in size and pressure rating from 125 class to 2500 Class and with internal trim of different Material of Construction like Monel, Nickel, Hestolloy-B, Hestolloy-C, Alloy-20, SS-316, Ceramic, Tungsten Carbide, Teflon lined, Rubber lined etc.

We refurbish the control valve having type Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly ball, diaphragm, Piston, Plug, 2 ways, 3-way; Single seated and double seated type control valves. We also undertake servicing and repair of various actuators electrically operated and Pneumatically Operated like Diaphragm and Cylindrical Actuator with Direct acting and Reverse Acting arrangement.

We repair the Control Valves of all classes from Class I to Class IV according to specifications of the control valves. We convert diddrect acting Actuator to reverse Acting and vice-versa. We convert hard seal to soft seal and soft seal to hard metallic seal. We convert low CV to higher CV and Higher Cv to Lower Cv of the Control Valve. We also fabricate and supply all spares like Seat, Plug, Stem, gland pusher, diaphragm, casing, coupler, Mounting Brackets, Links etc from various material of Construction.

Safety Valves:

We undertake the refurbishment of safety valves of different make like Crossbey, Tyco, and others from ½” diameter to 20” diameter size with working pressure from 0.3 Kg/cm² to 650 kg/cm². We do repair and calibration of the safety valve after dismantling, cleaning completely, Lapping of Seat & Plug of Safety Valve ,Assembling ,Calibration ,Pressure setting & Testing of the valve at the required pressure .We also fabricate & supply all necessary spares like Plug, Seat ,Loading Spring, Retainer Washer, lock-Nut etc, as per the requirement for various material of construction.

Process Valves

We under take overhauling & servicing of all kinds of process valves like Gate valve, Globe Valve, Ball Valve, Check Valve, Butterfly Valve, Plug Valve, Piston Valve, Non-Return Valve (NRV), Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) , of different sizes from ½” to 34” in diameter size & pressure rating 125 PSI to 2500 PSI. We also fabricate & supply spares required to repair the Valves.

Compressor Valves

We under take the repair of the Compressor Valves of reciprocating compressor made by various manufacturer like Sulzer, Dresser & Khosla & many more working at various pressures & working in different gaseous application like Hydrogen ,Nitrogen, Air, Petroleum gases, Hydrocarbons etc.

We rebuilt the damaged faces with suitable metallurgy, grind, Lap the faces & bring it to level of highest accuracy as like new . We achieve the best flatness of the Valve seat & Plate on our huge lapping Machine.
